- Begrüßung unserer Besucher
- Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
- Vorbereitung und Organisation von Besprechungen, Tagungen und Events (intern und extern)
- Terminvereinbarung und Terminverwaltung
- Bearbeiten der Eingangspost
- Ablage im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
- Reiseplanung und Hotelbuchungen
- Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Organisationstalent
- Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
- Lösungsorientierte und effektive Arbeitsweise
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit
